A Dru Yoga class is the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day. Every Thursday for an hour and a half our expert Yoga teacher will help you to strengthen your body and calm your mind resulting in a happier, healthier you.
The first hour is focused on Yoga, and then you get to relax, chill out and do some soothing meditation for the last 30 mins. If you don't like the meditation you can go home early, but it really is very relaxing and is the perfect finish your evening of ‘me’ time.
