The International School of Dru Yoga is a well loved and hugely popular school. The Dru School is commended for its course manuals, the standard of tutors (we have a lot of medics on our teaching team), and the flexibility of catch up weekends if you need to miss a few. Because we are an international school, if you miss a weekend training, you can catch it up at any of our training venues worldwide, because the weekend content is exactly the same wherever you go. So if you miss weekend 8 because your daughter is getting married, you can catch it up in London, Leeds, Wales, Australia, Canada or the Netherlands! Anyone for a holiday?!
All modules will be taught by senior tutors from the International School of Dru Yoga UK and your experienced local Dru Yoga teachers.
Many many people do the Dru training course not because they want to teach, but just for themselves, to further and deepen their personal development. And just to learn how to take out a bit of 'me time'.
