Annie Jones |
Annie is an international Vitality Coach, motivational speaker, Yoga and Nutrition Consultant.
She is the
Co. Founder of the International School of Dru Yoga (UK) and author of 'Dru Yoga Stillness in Motion'.
Annie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and has pioneered health and yoga programmes into schools and businesses throughout Britain. She hosts many events and conferences internationally. Annie has appeared on numerous television and radio programmes and has made a selection of video's, DVD's and audio tapes on health and well being.
She currently presents seminars and workshop here in Manchester and offers personal programmes on health and vitality.

Coby Langford |
Coby is a British trained osteopath, Registered with the General Osteopathic council, and The British Osteopathic association. She has carried out post-graduate studies in cranial osteopathy in America and the UK.
Coby qualified at the age of 18 as a Dru Yoga Instructor, and went on to study Osteopathy to further her understanding of the musculoskeletal system.
She now combines the two approaches of Osteopathy and Yoga to provide patients with home programs for self management of back pain. Her unique holistic approach to controlling back pain stems from her naturopathic training.
Coby lectures throughout the UK and Europe, facilitates workshops and residential weekends, and writes regular health articles and columns.
She teaches on the International Dru Yoga Teacher training course, training Dru Yoga teachers to be able to assist back pain sufferers in their classes.
She believes the success of a yoga program is determined by the ability to target the structures causing the pain.
Her back conditioning program, available on audio CD is sold internationally by Osteopaths and Yoga Instructors, and is now being stocked by GP's in the UK.
